Vince has his masters of Science degree in nutrition and metabolism from the University of Alberta. Vince is a fellow of the International College of Nutrition (FICN) due to his academic contribution to the advancing research in nutritional sciences.
Vince has been instrumental in leading many research activities including the design of pioneering studies in Echinacea, and conducting the only clinical trial on green food concentrates. He specializes in the area of antioxidants and natural health. Vince has consulted for many of the leading natural supplement companies, as a researcher, formulator, and a key note speaker.
He is a well known expert in Natural health and has conducted many seminars on various natural health topics to health care professionals and the general public. Vince believes that plant foods are critical to health protection which has encouraged him to explore the science behind Gesundheit Phytoplankton. As a nutrition consultant, he has helped coach many people in reaching their unique nutrition and wellness goals.
